CLEFT HOUSE

Cleft House is a duplex utilizing C/ARC’s customized Adaptabode® prefab system with custom site work and interior detailing. (More info in our Prefab tab.)

Located on an extremely narrow lot, the clients required hip design, waterfront views without loss of privacy, sustainability, and maximizing space within stringent cost control.

Conceived of as a vertical light box, Cleft House features walls made oftranslucent panels as well as massive sliding window walls.
