CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT
After the Owner approves Design Development drawings, the Architect completes drawings and specifications required for bidding and construction.
The Architect also coordinates the completion of consultants' work, documents the final selection of materials & finishes, and integrates green design systems into the documents.
The BIM computer model enables the Architect both to analyze the energy efficiency of the building envelope and to coordinate all other building elements.
