PREDESIGN PHASE

When this phase is requested, the Architect evaluates the circumstances and constraints of the project and may do Feasibility Studies.

The Architect checks building codes and may obtain or prepare drawings of existing conditions as well cost estimates.

This phase is complete when the Owner and Architect agree upon a written scope of work (or program) for the project including anticipated construction costs and time schedule.
